A Federal agency’s web application allows for several distinct types of users to interact with a National Database Registry. The problem was how to instruct each type of user on how to navigate the application.
We opted to produce specific instructional videos for each type of user. In these videos, we explained how the user can interact with the database registry.
The federal agency was extremely satisfied with our videos. Based on the quality of our product, they decided to forgo the more traditional document-based help approach.
